PCE v22.214.171.124 (32/64) Update Release
The version update contains significant enhancements to server and client-side processing and a brand new optimised user interface.
Customers with valid maintenance contacts can download this update direct from their PCE Console.
An 'update available' message will be shown within the PCE Console top view*.
To download and activate this update, please select the link and follow the instructions displayed.
Please not this upgrade requires a minimum version of v126.96.36.199 software already present. Instructions for this are shown in the upgrade dialog. Ensure you have upgraded to this version before upgrading to this release.
Please note that this upgrade requires the installation of a new Crystal Reports engine to process reports correctly.
Instructions for this are shown in the upgrade dialog. Ensure these steps are followed as reports will unavailable after upgrade if not.
Server software will be updated and the following dialog is displayed whilst in progress.
PCE Server will require a restart to complete.
Client computers will automatically receive updated software and activate subject to the 'Client Update Settings' within the 'System Options' - 'General' page.
If you do not see this update available, please ensure your PCE server has permanent access to the Internet and there are no Firewalls or other products blocking communication. In additon, if proxy settings are required for Internet access, ensure these settings are entered into 'System Options' - 'Network'.
* Some Authority-wide PCE Deployments will update automatically while others may require Authority approval before being made available.
