PCE Console not displaying correctly with Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or 9
Problem 1 - The PCE Console view is not displayed correctly when logging on to it forh the first time using Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or 9. This error can also occur when a user has cleared all their temporary internet files from a computer that previously displayed it correctly.

The solution to this problem is to invoke the 'compatibilty mode' of the Internet Browser software. To do this, click on the 'compatibilty' link adjecent to thje address bar.
This web page and all subsequent views will now be normal as shown in the example below.
